Executive Assistant

Position Summary:
Provides administrative support for the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance, Corporate Assistant Secretary, and other Leadership Team members as required or requested. Enhances the effectiveness of this team by providing information-management support.
Education:
Associates degree in business/office related field
Experience:
- 5-7 years administrative executive support experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects while providing executive support
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential corporate financial information

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produces information by formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
- Conserves executives' time as required by reading, researching, and routing incoming correspondence, forms, and documents; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Plans and schedules meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on telephone; answering, screening, and directing inquiries.

Credit Analyst
Reports To:
Accounting Manager
Functional Area:
Finance Department
Position Summary:
Administer the Accounts Receivable/Credit/Collections function by ensuring proper handling of trade receivables as well as the extension or denial of credit; with the ultimate goal of maximizing sales and profits. Support the Finance department and the rest of the company by collecting, reconciling, analyzing and summarizing information.
Education:
Bachelors Degree in business- related field preferred.
Experience:
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Administer the extension or denial of credit (within defined credit policy):
- Approve extension of credit through workflow
- Negotiate special payment terms
- Work with customer to negotiate mutually beneficial credit arrangements
- Compare order amount against credit limit and account balance
- Advise customers of orders being held for credit reasons
2. Ensure that bad debt expense and credit costs are within budgeted amount:
- Provide budget assumptions for bad debt, credit costs, and credit card discounts
- Negotiate and manage relationships with collection agencies and credit reporting agencies
- Approve write-offs within defined policy limits
3. Collect delinquent customer account balances:
- Review trial balance and develop priorities for follow-up
- Follow-up and delegate follow-up responsibilities (past due invoices, collection calls, statement mailings, and dunning letters) to appropriate accounts receivable employees
- Refer delinquent accounts to collection agency
- Negotiate payment plan arrangements to avoid write-off or collection fees, adhering to established credit department policies.
- Write off any uncollectible accounts
4. Prepare customer reports, statements, analysis, and statistical data.
5. Maintain department flow by providing appropriate back up as needed.
6. Assist the finance department to accomplish corporate and departmental goals by performing special assignments.
7. Protect integrity of company information by keeping financial data confidential.
Physical Requirements:
Essential job duties require preparation, analysis and presentation of financial information via computer and hard copy; ability to communicate effectively via phone and written communications.

Project Manager

Position Summary:
The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, monitor, control and finalize projects according to scheduled deadlines and within budget. This includes confirming resource requirements and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will facilitate a team to define the project's objectives according to the various needs and expectations of its customers and stakeholders.
The project manager will be skilled at balancing the competing constraints of a project including scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources and risks.
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Business Management or a combination of experience and education; MBA preferred. Project Management Certification desirable.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment focused on new product development.
- 3-5 years of direct work experience in project management. Experience in stage or phase gate project management supporting new product development.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, train, facilitate and lead teams effectively; achieves results through team efforts.
- Sufficient experience in planning techniques (Gantt, Critical Path, etc.) and project scheduling; proficient with Microsoft Project.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel (Microsoft Project preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competency in decision making, problem solving and critical thinking.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in fast-paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities / Functions:
- Direct and manage new product development projects throughout project life cycle.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members to influence the team to have accountability for their individual work and team goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to define new product project's customers, product and process requirements, scope, deliverables and key business financials.
- Collaborate with management and stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, progress reports, and presentations; associated communication documents.

Production Supervisor

Position Summary:
Supervises the activities of production personnel engaged in all aspects of the manufacturing function. Specific responsibilities include communicating job expectations, planning and monitoring work, appraising job results and managing an assigned workforce. Key accountabilities include meeting production schedules by establishing priorities, allocating necessary staff and revising schedules as necessary. Identify and implement quality and continuous initiatives.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing related field or relevant manufacturing/production experience.
Experience:
- 5+ years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- 3+ years supervisory experience; in a union environment a plus
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication, plastics and cast component manufacturing and mechanical product assembly.
- Demonstrated participation in lean manufacturing, 6Sigma and/or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
