Follett Products, LLC Core Values and Beliefs state that we will conduct all business relationships with honesty, integrity, and respect. Therefore, Follett Products, LLC is committed to adhering to all applicable laws and regulations, including those prohibiting human trafficking and slavery. As such, we will be developing the protocols to ensure fair labor practices within our supply chain through implementation of a Supplier Management Program.

Risk Assessment (Verification)

Follett Products, LLC Supplier Management Program will include conducting assessments (either with our own staff or third-party verifiers) of our product suppliers to verify that they are not at risk for violating anti-slavery and human trafficking laws.

Supplier Audits

Follett Products, LLC Supplier Management Program will include audits of our suppliers to evaluate their compliance with our standards for trafficking and slavery in supply chains.

Direct Supplier Certification

Follett Products, LLC Supplier Management Program will require direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into the product comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business.

Accountability Standards

Follett Products, LLC Supplier Management Program will include internal accountability standards and procedures for addressing employees or contractors failing to meet our standards regarding slavery and trafficking.

Training on Human Trafficking and Slavery

Follett Products, LLC's Supplier Management Program will provide for training on human trafficking and slavery to company employees and management, who have direct responsibility for supply chain management, particularly with respect to mitigating risks within our supply chains.
