In 2024 Follett expanded its Lehigh Valley, manufacturing capabilities with the addition of a new facility in Denver, Colorado. Kloppenberg, a manufacturer of superior-quality ice storage, ice transport and ice dispensing systems since 1941, began operating under Follett as Follett Denver, serving the market with both the Follett and Kloppenberg brands.
